Ian Ayre has just been spotted on a flight coming back from Barcelona, the evidence is all over twitter. Wonder who it could have been for. Sanchez? Tello? Delofeu? I doubt Reina as I believe he is staying. And not Alberto as he is a Seville player.

If Madrid do not come in for Suarez, I for one hope we offer him around to the likes of PSG and Monaco and get as much for him as possible.
Great player but you could argue that he doesn't actually have a set role in our system and we appear to play better without him. He is too much trouble for this great club.
Funnily enough Ajax had not won the league for years (2003) and did not win it while Luis was there, the moment he left they won it 3 times in a row.
Would love to see a similar striker to Sturridge brought in (fast, strong, good finisher to lead the line) like Benteke or Muriel and use the rest of the money on a quality playermaker and right winger (Eriksen and Lamela) {Ed002's Note - There is plenty of interest in Suarez.}

According to the Mirror, Brendan Rodgers will use part of the Suarez funds to bring in Christian Benteke. {Ed002's Note - An enquiry has been made.}

Luis leaving is good for Luis and good for LFC.
We always knew - if we were realistic - that one day the lure of Real Madrid or Barcelona would be too tempting for him and his family. Real Madrid offer the final stages Champions League football; we offer him the FA Cup/League Cup. Who can blame him?
In return we nearly double the money we pay for him and now we have the Transfer Committee, we can have more confidence the proceeds will be wisely invested. Sturridge and Coutinho will step up - this is their big chance too. The team will be more balanced. And we don't have to go through yet another media drama next year when he does something else crazy. As Bob Paisley might have said: 'If players are going to do crazy things, I want them doing their crazy things on other manager's pitches, not mine'.
All that's left is to insist to Madrid, Levy-style, that he's not for sale and make the Franco-lovers pay an inflated price.
Luis, I understand. I apologise for our s***ty English media. Thanks for the memories and the £50million.

Hi Eds, I have it on good authority that Billy Hogan is the new CEO at Liverpool. Have you heard about this? What are the main roles of the CEO?
