Does anyone, now this could well just be me, believe that Henderson can become a good right back?
I am a big fan of Jordan Henderson, absolutely love his attitude/mentality, and for me he needs to be in the starting 11 no matter where he plays.
He doesn't quite have the quality in the final 3rd to be a regular out wide, or in the #10 role. Nor does he quite have the diverse range of passing that's required as a 'regista'.
Full back could well be for him. Now, no doubt he would need serious work on positioning, when to show on outside/inside etc. But with his mentality he would work and work on it.
I remember a game last season, away v Blackburn. After going down to 9 men, he went right back, and was superb, which shows there's potential.
Thoughts?
