a web sites reporting that Liverpool have agreed to sell Suarez to Arsn for 45m on Aug 28 IF Arsn get past the play in stage of the champs league. If not, then Suarez stays with LFC for the year.
The site says that personal terms of 150k for 5 yrs have already been agreed upon with the player.
Can anyone confirm? {Ed002's Note - Sorry, but there will be no such agreement.}

Not sure if the rumor was true that we were looking at Lacina Traore, but ESPN is reporting he will sign a 5yr deal with Monaco and then loan to West Ham.
I don't think his style would fit with us, but was he ever really a target?

Daily express says that Real Madrid has pulled out of the hunt for Suarez. Not sure if it is true, but I would guess we lose a bit of bargaining power with Ars.

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows whether or not the sale of a player in a position affects the sales price of another player in the same position. Ex- if Falcao and Cavani are sold for 50+m does that than help the case for Suarez to be 50+m?
Do clubs consider this, or do they pay what they think he is worth, period?

This is an odd question, but it always seems like, from our perspective, things are very frantic and wild during the transfer windows. Are the IA's and BR's of the world this stressed and frantic, or are things much more calm inside the club?
But don't get me wrong- I personally love checking this website all day long, and remaining excited about our next transfer target or rumour!

Everyone is all hell bent about HM. let's be honest, it was a lot of money and perhaps not worth the risk. I can think of a few players who cost the club a lot of money, and were not worth the risk. A tall fellow with a pony tail, an Italian guy with a taste for water, an outside mid with a wonderful left ft, etc.
Trust the club, give them time. We learned are lessons from before.
The window is just opened- let's see what happens huh?
