Just to have a break from the same old. A question for Ed or any reds. Who in your opinion was it a mistake to sell, over the last 5-6 seasons. Players who would have stayed at the club by choice and still offered something. So no Suarez, sterling. I liked jonjo thought he could of been something under the right mentor, Raul mereiles, reina, agger.

All let go too early.

Disagree on Reina. His head was gone. Only reason we're talking about him still is because Mignolet is somehow worse than a Reina only playing at 20% of his ability.

I think Shelvey is at his level, I wish him all the best but I am glad we sold him as we weren't going to use him enough and I don't think he's good enough for what we should be aiming for.

Agger's gone on record to say that he couldn't keep up with the premier league any longer so as much as I rated him it I'd say him leaving was the right choice.

If Andy Carroll wasn't made of glass he could have been good, he was electric on occasion for us.

i have to say it all bega to unravel with the departure of Alonso, also Mascharano leaving was a kick in the teeth.
