Ed001 you said we should go all out for Monchi. Do you have any info if Monchi has been approached or even being talked about as a possible DoF( for Liverpool)? I remember Ed002 telling us that he was learning English while he was in London and I know am adding up stuff but just wanted to know as I like his transfer related activities that could help LFC.
Sorry if you have answered this or if I quoted the Ed's wrongly!

{Ed001's Note - I don't have any info on us approaching him, though it is correct he has been learning English, which is one of the reasons I think we should now try and push for him. I don't know who is being discussed for the DoF role at all sorry.}

Thank you Ed. I just think him putting in efforts to learn a language other than Spanish could arguably mean he wants to move! I just hope we go out for him as well because Cruyff would never come to us. But am worried if Monchi does come in he will keep Rodgers as he would fancy the Spanish he possess rather than his football intellectuality( Hope its the other way around). Btw am not crucifying Rodgers but just think he is not cut out for winning the league.

Taking away from the transfer tatter
Hats off to Ed oo1 for predicting Hull for the drop and he explained they had a good transfer window but it depends how they are played and how they gel. HE was spot on!

And Ed002 said Balo will end in tears and I did not think it will be tears that would lead us to sixth place.

You guys put in a lot of hardwork and give the best (reliable according to me) info I/ most of us can have. Thank you for taking your time out and Macca! Hope we have a good transfer window followed by a good season.

P.s: If ED002 runs an internship or any sort such program I would like to be put first in the queue. Your depth of knowledge reg. football is immensely respectable!

Ed002, I don't know how I would feel about AVB but I certainly will take my chances. But considering you know better than me and me being more sensitive to my team, What would you think of AVB to Liverpool?
And Don't you feel an authority above him(DOF of football director) who decides on Transfers and also keeps an eye on the youth team players and their integration a much more important part for the Future of LFC than AVB?

{Ed002's Note - I would think Liverpool would do better with someone else. He is a nice guy and bright, languages are not an issue, but his game became predictable at Chelsea - and that is why he moved on.}

What a match! I don't think city played bad. We made them look bad. Intense pressing and fast paced passing. And I don't think we never loose out on a header these last four or five games, reason being Dejan lovren starting to look good in air and so is Skrtel. Today was a team game and my word did we do Mancity as a team. Just hope studge gets going if not it is better that Cout's is looking a lot more confident in long rangers these days so no worries. Ed and fellow fans what would you say about that performance?
P.S: I thought arsenal page has a good set of Banter but Liverpool page is slowly creeping up good job lads both on and off the pitch.

Good day Ed's and fellow supporters.

Reg. The Mario issue. I remember when BR said in an interview that Mario had asked him about who would be taking the penalties and that BR responded saying it's Gerard and later went on to say Mario has a really good record but Gerard is the first in such circumstances. Now considering this after Gerard, it has to be Mario and he had the right to ask to take the penalty. The fault was Mario being impolite for taking the ball of the hands of LFC Stand in captain and hugely with BR for the lack of attention to detail. Mario was great yesterday and let's all hope the issue had been settled last night in the dressing room !
P.S: really sad to see studge become selfish the whole of last night and not celebrate the goal. In fact the team was not there to enjoy the moment except Can and our back three. As Ed01 said- Team spirit was not seen due to Hendo, Mario and Hugely Studge arguing!!! Just what I could see on TV coverage. Those who went to the stadium might have a different view.

Good day ed's and fellow fans,
From what the media outlet's seems to be thinking and comparing with Ed 001's thoughts, it is clear we are in the process of appointing a new manager (which could be De Boer/ anyone else). My thoughts are what if Rodgers decides to drop non-performers(Stevyg, Johnson and mignolet) and starts playing the football we played last season which could eventually get us win in the coming games that we play than, would there be a change in thoughts for the owners decide to stick with Rodgers?? I hope we get a new manager sooner rather than later because we did not learn to defend in three seasons under Rodgers and we never will win the league! Not a knee jerk reaction but an opinion after watching us live vs Southampton away last season and at Newcastle away this season.

As this post is in relevance to the site content. Is it possible you can add suggestions about improving the site's activeness by using a similar methodology to the poll of the day questions. Where in you could put up suggestions (or collect suggestion from the visitors) and get the view (yes/no) of the people active in your various site. Since you don't like the idea of people paying for this site and I respect it totally, I guess the least we could do is to contribute some ideas to this site if it is possible and if needed?
The model in which you operate the site is very much appreciated from my side!! Kudos to the Eds.
