Latest interview with Rodgers he do not bellieve anyone is going to meet Liverpools price tag on Suarez, and the deadline is getting close. My view is that the Bale story is going to drag out, and I bellieve that at the end of the window he is going to Real Madrid. When they want someone and the player want to leave, they often get the player. If negotations break down it would not be before the last couple of days or the deadline day. Then we can end up with getting acceptable bid, but no time to find suitable replacements. Hopefully we can sign a striker before this happens, so we get the possibility to delay using the money to january transfer window. Therefore it would be smart to sign Diego Costa that can both play winger and center forward. Makes us less vounerable for Suarez leaving.
If we can keep Suarez I think we should do it as we are going to win over weaker opposition with or without him like last season. However against top sides we desperately need Suarez to do something fanstastic to win the game.
