Not sure if I think we should sign this Mohamed Salah player. If the ed is right and he has said he would only consider Utd, Chelsea or Madrid, then in my opinion its his loss and bugger him. i'd like us to sign players who want to play for us.

Ed01 how are you rating Glen Johnson so far this season. Do you think we play better with him in the side. I know he is on high wages but who do you reckon we could replace him that would improve us. Cheers {Ed001's Note - I have to say that it is mixed for me. He is looking more solid than usual defensively, but I don't think, surprisingly, that he is suited to play the wing back role. His habit of constantly cutting inside, either with or without the ball, reduces his effectiveness in that role. As a full back it is not so bad, as there are more options from the midfield able to get wide. For me I would say McLaughlin is the future right back and we already have him. I don't see a need to replace Johnson, just slowly integrate the youngster and fade Johnson out over the next year or two.}

All us Reds knew King Kenny would return to the club at some point and in some role. Football had changed to much when he took the reins. doesn't matter what ever happened. Yesssss, everyone must agree though it's about time he was home. What he and Marina have done for the city of Liverpool and charity in general is astonishing. Sometimes there are more important issues than football.

A lot of people including myself had Chelsea, Man City and Man united as certs to be in the top 3, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs fighting it out for 4th. But thinking about it those first 3 sides have brand new managers so maybe that's equalled things up. I know for one thing, its going to be a very exciting season.

Just guessing really but after trawling the net, it seems like we well could end up signing sakho and yamolenko before the window closes. I for one reckon those two players would be outstanding signings. Hopefully all the reports are true. i'd be very happy with that.
