Hi Ed's,
Although there are various reports that Willian has signed for Spurs, I can't help but wonder why people seem to convinced that it's over? The only real concrete evidence to suggest he is going to Tottenham is that he's been spotted in London, maybe you know more? If this apparent 'medical' has happened, what's the hold up with confirming his signing?
