First signing of the summer will be.
Kenny Dalglish as a Global Ambassador for the club.
One player I know we have had early discussions about is Toby Alderweireld (DRC) of Ajax. He would cost around £8m.
Rodgers really fancies Eriksen as well but that would depend on who else is going in for him and a price tag. Ian Ayre has had numerous meetings with his Ajax counterpart regarding Eriksen and LFC were thinking about £15m would do the deal but Ajax want £20m plus. That may change this summer with his contract up in 14.
I would expect 2 centre backs (1 would be Alderweireld) the other could be Ashley Williams but I only think he would come if we didn't sign Alderweireld.

I have a few contacts with the club and consensus is our main target is to get 2 new top quality centre backs and a top quality midfielder. Below is a list of Targets that are well known within the club as people we will actively try to buy:
Christian Eriksen (Ajax) £14m - £20m
Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid) £15m - £20m (Steven Gerrard very much wants Alonso back)
Stefan de Vrif (Feyenood) £8m - £12m
Ashley Williams (Swansea) £6m - £8m
Joleon Lescott (Man City) £8m - £12m
Mamadou Sakho (Paris SG) £10m - £14m
Dede (Vasco) £12m - £16m
Notes
We will not be trying to sign a new goalkeeper. Brendan Rodgers is extremely happy with Pepe Reina and having Brad Jones as a back up keeper. If one does come in, they will be 21 or under.
I wouldn't expect another top name striker either. Rodgers will be happy with Suarez as his leading man with back up provided by Sturridge and Borini. Don't forget Yesil is coming through as well.

I would expect 1 out and out winger, at least 1 centre back to come in and possibly a left back.
Looks like Eriksen won't be arriving as scouts and the transfer team are looking at alternate possibilities. This isn't a prioritised position anyway as BR is looking to accommodate Coutinho in behind the striker for next season.
Reina, Agger and Suarez won't be leaving the club. Downing and Henderson are expected to stay as well.
Carroll (£15m) Spearing (£2m) Pacheco (£0.5m) Assaidi (£1m) Wilson (Contract) are expect to leave in the summer. Coates could also be allowed to leave for around (£5m) if defenders are brought in.
