I heard, from somebody I consider to be reliable, that we have agreed terms with Lallana's representatives, over a week ago. These talks were allowed by Southampton.
This says to me that Southampton are delaying the move for business reason's, to look as though they are in control. I believe they know a sale is inevitable and just want to hold out until a new manager is in place.
Liverpool are trying to force Southampton into a decision and it will, most likely, take Lallana handing in a transfer request for this to go through before the WC.
{Ed002's Note - Is this some sort of joke post. Southampton are delaying the move because Liverpool has not offered enough money. It cannot get any simpler than that.}
