Grujic for me should be playing in the first team day in day out. He looks immense!

Same mate. He stood out in Pre-Season. Seemed Better than what we have in that midfield anyway.

I recall that one of the edds said that his WP was dependant on playing a certain amounts of games, so I hope we soon will see him in action.

Hope he's not playing day in day out, he would soon get tired/ injured. Week in week out maybe 😉.

I do hope that ings does get a chance as I do think he will be a good option to have up front, shows tenacity, speed and strength and has a good finish, and is more of a team player than sturridge. We all know that sturridge is a great player BUT is injury prone and very on/ off, he's never consistent, and today, he as well as most of the forward line were terrible.

Sturridge was not in sync with the team today but he is still way better an option for a quick counter attacking style than Ings, who has to still to be managed and eased back in after his injury.

Totally agree with ED001 9' Grujic, he looks top quality. We need to see more of him as I think he will definitely improve our midfield no end!
