On another day the ref might have said that Britos was blocking off Mignolet for there 3rd goal. It was bad defending anyway.

Also Richarlison's shot looked it was going out for a throw in before Migs batted back onto Britos' head.

And the first if you watch replay from behind the goal. He marked Mignolet but nobody marked him on both goals. So Simon was expected to mark him and keep goal. Terrible defensive set up.

Don't know what you're being downvoted for Something Red it was going away from goal and if Mignolet hadn't touched it would have gone out for a throw.
