It's a question more than a rumour if you work for an employee and wish to leave you hand your notice in surely even in the crazy world of football there is a a way of leaving a club even if it means buying out your contract, I understand the player is a commodity in the club's eyes but then I tribunal would take place and a fee would be agreed by all parties, so my question quite simply is why can this not be done.

{Ed002's Note - There are ways for a player to buy out their contracts under certain circumstances. In most cases they do not have the money to do it even if they wanted to.}
