Eds, why are people obsessed with bringing people in when we have to off load at least 3 before we create a hole, no? With that said, do you think we can ditch Bogan, Benteke, J Allen, Markovic and maybe others before this window or may it take 2 Windows?

{Ed041's Note - Much would depend on buying clubs matching the valuations Liverpool have set. The prices being reported for Benteke are far to high imo.

Personally, I don`t know why we are messing about with this. He doesn`t wanna be here (fighting for his place is code for picking his nose on the bench and getting a nice check every week) . We should not be too greedy nor cocky, IMO. We get 25m to 28m for him, we should sell get his wages off the books and move on.

I agree, if we lose the deal because of 32.5 not 30, won't we lose than it wages by the time we sell him anyway?

Yep! Don't worry about 2 windows and just show him the door! Rather get 20m for him and Nick Jermaine Defoe for 5m or go all out for Higuain, either option beats a poor mans Heskey.

Defo agree. I'd get rid at 25mil straight away. Potential theoretical loss of 7.5 mil and Think he scored 10 goals last season? 7.5mil for a 10 goal a season striker isn't bad in today's market so just take the hit say thanks but didn't work out and move on. Shame really, if he just worked a little harder on his movement and ran the flanks he could so easily be our Drogba. Sigh.

If crystal palace want him then they know what the price is, just like we know what the price is for chilwell and zilenski, let's not be two faced about things just because we want a player gone, I personally still think west ham will get involved before the window closes, its in the players best interests to leave the club as he knows he has no future under klopp.
