Wolfsburg have signed LCB Moritz Jenz. Does this mean we may now sign Van Der Ven?

Yes, yes it does.

{Ed002's Note - Micky van de Ven (CB) Dortmund and Arsenal spoke with Wolfsburg in January and were told he will be agreeing a new contract which he did in March. Liverpool and Manchester City were at a game against Dortmund in November - I had assumed to watch JB but van der Ven scored that day. Team Mino after agreeing a new deal so a sale this summer seems unlikely still but Schmadtke knows the player and knows Wolfsburg would welcome a significant profit on what they paid, so they may now press. Moritz Jenz is not his replacement.}

Lots of reports coming out that Van Der Ven deal is getting closer, big lad and rapid would love him to get a few years exp learning from VVD.
If a few deals come to fruition this summer I can genuinely see a huge future for LFC with a ton of high potential players on the books.
