Are Naby Keita’s days up at Liverpool? Is he one we are looking to sell in the summer and would there even be anybody interested with the wages and constant injury problems? Has he made any effort to learn the language or fit in with the squad a bit better recently Ed’s?

{Ed002's Note - Keita has had a niggling injury keeping him out of the team. English remains an issue but he had improved enough to obtain a Work Permit renewal. Selling him for a good price might be difficult and unlike most players he cannot move to sertain leagues.}

The one guy I was looking forward too when he signed, naby has been nothing short of a dud. Still thinks he holds ability but unfortunately looks like his time is up, my question is, in these times what is his value?! 20 million in my opinion.

Does he have a particular hefty wage? We would struggle to get much at all for him, how can you convince a team to pay you good money for a player who is injured every 2-3 weeks? If the wage is manageable we might as well hold on in the hopes he can overcome the issues and becomes the player we all saw at Leipzig, he was definitely worth adding to the team at that time.

Was really looking forward to him but he’s let us down he’s a flop more out then in! It’s a shame but get rid and not a hope we’d get 20m he’s a sick note! Him and a fair few others need shipping! They bring nottin but physio work!

Nothing but a dud buy for us. Looked to have all the right tools in his locker before coming and appears to have lost the locker key when moving to LFC! .

It’s not his injury record that worries me, it’s his performances when he has been fit. He seems to be a wasted talent, someone who put the effort in to get a big pay day at a big club and then downs tools to spend his money.

Livered, the scenario u mentioned can be avoided if we price Naby at a realistic valuation than asking for insane amounts like we did with so many fringe and loaned out players.
If someone offers 20 million pounds plus another 5-7 million in bonuses, I'd definitely sell if I was Edwards. Same goes for Wilson, Origi, Shaq, Awoniyi, Grujic, Ojo, Matip maybe as well. Lower the valuations for our squad players and we will easily get willing buyers to fill our coffers and sign the players that can actually push us forward in the long run. Otherwise it's the same story again next summer.
