Our last 14 games we’ve won 5 (1 against Villa youth) . Lost 4 and drawn 5. Some people will say we’ve been unlucky and some people will say we are in a blip. I’m not entitled enough to think we should win every game but it’s the manner in how we play when we don’t win. If teams were slaughtering us at the back then I could understand the reasoning that it’s because we’ve lost our centre backs (even though Villa embarrassed us with them) . It’s the fact in the majority of those games we’ve had little to no actual shots on goal. I lost count last night of how many times our front 3 or midfield passed it back 30-40 yards to our defence.

Dunno how many times it has to be said but ever team now is defending deep against us. Bobby doesn’t operate well against packed defences, never has done. Soon as jota came into the side early in season we started winning and he was scoring goals . Every ball that went up to Bobby last night bounced off him. He’s been awful for a long long time. Goals chance games if we can’t score then these teams will be in the game and end up winning.

Teams defended deep against us last season as well, this isn't something new. I think JK is right, it is the lack of attempts on target that is worrying. We seem to have lost that cutting edge in the final third. Will Jota change that when he is back, I hope so? But if I remember correctly, he was doing well off the bench, when he started games we were suffering as we are now. Possible squad shake up is on the cards in the summer.
