Ed001 after finally calming down after the weekends I see a post saying about Fabinho can't play cb but I think the problem is with him and Henderson out of midfield there is no protection to the back 4. Am are problems did start once Fabinho and Henderson where not in there. I know the game should have been out of Site by the end of the first half but after we got away with the disallowed goal in stoppage time no way should we have conceded again. If this season has showed us anything are squad players are nowhere near the level needed. As for the front 4 I feel like it is all down to confidence and I feel that could all change in one game just hope it's at the weekend. Is there any update on injuries Henderson and Phillips any chance for the weekend.

{Ed001's Note - it is both mate, Fabs is a great midfielder but nowhere near a Prem-level centre-back. Players run off the back of him at will and he constantly throws himself into needless tackles in midfield, leaving wide open spaces behind him. He is simply not cut out to play there and teams are targeting him now they have worked it out. Even if we had another him in front of him, he simply would not work as a defender, it does not suit his style of playing.

Henderson is nowhere near ready mate, but Phillips is a possible.}

And your right with your point the squad is no where near good enough! Same 12/ 13 players carrying the team the last year!

First time poster.
I agree with this post.
Fabinho in the middle gives the defence and Alison confidence and protection, but I think the biggest miss is Henderson. I think everyone misses his oganisation and his constant vocal instructions. Praising the good things and berating the bad things. I feel the forwards are missing this the most.

Oh Jay dub red, give it a rest with this Klopp bottled it nonsense cos none of that is even true. Who was he supposed to play? Ben Davies that no one has seen play yet? Williams who is slower than me with bad knees? Please, enlighten us on what you would have done cos clearly, you have the info and access Klopp has to these players.

Also, had our forwards did the business, you would not be saying what you are saying now. We had enuff chances to win two games vs Newcastle and we did not take ANY of them (Salah's chance was not even a chance, IMO), end of.
