Thank you eds for putting this up, top pic is sangare and bottom is doucouré.
At the risk of banging on about this, sangare does look a strong option and regards him coming from a weaker league, didn't gakpo nunez and Diaz also?
Anyway I'll shut now lol.

{Ed001's Note - but it is just stats and only tell a miniscule portion of the story without context. You have provided no context at all. So it is just meaningless. Even the club owners most invested in statistics, Bloom and Bentham, have both moved to a scouting model after initially trying to recruit solely based on stats. Until you have a look at them properly and get some context about the way they play and the team they play for and those they play against, stats are just junk numbers.}

add the league conversion and carry the 1 and you basically have the same player.
ergo, I'd go with the player with PL experience.

in all seriousness, I'd go for neither.

I'd actually be ok with either as I'd trust that whatever deal we do land will be for a player that wants to be here.

It's incredible how much a players stats change depending on the league strength/ league position/ tactics employed by their team. For example, Doucoure's passing/ carrying stats looked much better in France.

I imagine the clubs using these stats to recruit (Brighton) will employ a statistical model which uses some contextual variables to give a final number which can be used to compare players evenly with less bias.
