In my opinion, respectfully, I don't see the necessity of incorporating the 96 into the stand name. There is already a hillsborough memorial and a "96" with eternal flames on our kit - and we hold a hillsborough memorial service every year - I believe our remembrance and respect for those who lost their lives in the tragedy is sufficient. If the club wishes to do more, in terms of funding for support groups or funding for any further legal challenges in future then they have my full support - I personally don't see it necessary to incorporate a hillsborough reference into the name of a new stand.

I hope nobody takes this the wrong way - it is a difficult subject and I have tried to explain my position in as respectful way as possible. If anybody does take offence then I offer my apologies in advance.

It doesn't have to be 'surely', that makes people who object to it- like myself- seem like insensitive cretins.

We don't need to reference Hillsborough in every single thing. It presents an image of a club that refuses to move on.

With liverpool finally expanding. Would the club consider expanding the KOP to bring capacity to 70k

Ed,, this is something I'm not clued up about if I'm honest . Would I be right in guessing it's something to do with safety. As to Anfield being in everybody's back garden more or less? No space around the stadium if you will for that many people?

What does transport infrastructure mean in the >60,000 case? I guess we aren't talking about mini roundabouts, lighting, kerbs, bus services, disabled access etc ?

I imagine that >60,000 demands new, dedicated train stations, railway lines etc - so is prohibitively expensive?

Would brendan rodgers consider replacing john acterberg as goalkeeping coach as i feel he has not got the best out of mignolet

1.) Though Achterberg has done little to suggest he is a good goalkeeping coach I think Mignolet is simply not at the required level no matter who coaches him.

If martin kelly does leave Liverpool. I will be very disappointed, as a local lad kelly has not been given the same Chance as flannagen or even wisdom. Glen johnson for 2 years has been getting considerably worse, the guy can't defend for his life and his wages are a joke. For long periods he should have been ashamed collecting his pay packet. Kelly was playing right back before he received his nasty injury. Brendan rodgers had stated tht kelly would be given a chance to prove himself

Why do lfc always pay over the odds for players? Adam lallana £25 million, he is worth no more than £15 million. Dejan loveran £25 million, southampton only paid £9.8 million last year. Does Brendan not want to give llori a chance to stake a claim. Also when can we expect work to begin on the redevelopment
