Zeigehad a great career and won trophies with Bayern, played and won the Euros in 1996 beating England in the Semis as well as played in the 2002 WC final if I'm not mistaken so again Ron, your mentioning him as a poor player makes no sense as many of your posts don't

Ed 1, am I right in thinking that Joe Gomez and Nathaniel Clyne are our full-back positions sorted for the next decade?
Plus Flanno to come back from injury(hopefully) and a not disastrous back-up in Moreno.
7/9 is a great return, considering we've visited the Britania and the Emirates.
Oh, and three clean sheets.

Moreno might have a chance in this team as the new coaching staff seem to be improving their defending - at times last night when we were attacking it was if we had a back 3 as only one full back attacked the other stayed back; therefore if Moreno can be disciplined he may still have a good chance of being in the LB position.

Changing that back 4 would be stupidity NOW. They are confident and effective and are working well. Gomez has 3 yellow cards in 3 games (the yellow card against Arsenal was a joke of a decision by Michael Oliver), and at this rate, Moreno will get his chance very soon.

Was at the Arsenal page, and they apparently believe we'll be a walk-over. Can't say I blame them, really. Here's hoping to prove doubters wrong tonight.
By the way, ed 1, how has Harry Scouser/Home fan/European Glory/ Whatever he'll soon start calling himself suddenly become a star in this site? Back in the days he was always running the risk of being banned.

Talking about LOTR ed? Have to disagree. I really did not like the films. Mind you the books were even terrible. I'm a huge book warm but i couldn't get past 30

Hi all, been away for some time. Really surprised to see the changes to the site. On to matters arising- I feel BR should go, but since FSG thinks only his staff are culpable, I have no option but to accept and endure if necessary. Concerning transfers, I feel Bodgan was unnecessary. What we need is a replacement for Migs. Milner will be an excellent signing, but Ings? Really? Why not a proven striker? Kovacic will be fine, but we now have to sell Allen. Sterling can go. As Jamie said, a 20 yo should not be holding LFC to ransom. keeping fingers crossed for rest of the window.

His assistants are not responsible for a single thing, sorry. Were his assistants responsible for us almost winning the PL, last season? Never saw them taking the credit in the media anytime we played well and won. All I saw was BR taking all the credit and had we succeeded this season, you would ever see his assistants doing the presses. Now suddenly with his job on the line, it's the assistants's fault. Don't you think that's strange? If you believe they were the culprits then I have a swamp in Florida I can sell you. If it's too good to be true, it prolly is.

Wrong! We are still top. Equal on points, equal on goal difference, Liverpool ahead on goals scored. Only Chelsea could overtake us tomorrow, but I'm not bothered, as we're very much in the mix.
