Not posted for some time but here goes!
Couts saga.
Barca want Couts, he wants to go, we don't want him to go.
It's a Tough one, given that the word is it's his 'dream' move, as Real or Barcelona is for most South Americans.
this has clearly now become a stand Off, and all parties now want and need to save face, as best they can.
Given that PSG have gone and blown the whole market wide open,
Barca need to cough up a more
realistic fee.
If Neymar had gone for 120m and then Couts for 80mish, we'd have all thought that was about right.
But now that's changed somewhat.
Personally, I'd try get the maximum fee from Barcelona and then go for Dele Alli, or 2nd dib Ericsson. Alli
Will prob cost most of Couts money but would be worth it.
Both could easily fill the void

Love deli alli and it's a joke that we he's not a Liverpool player. He's destined for greatness but not at Liverpool. He's never signing. He's happy at spurs and spurs have no interest in selling. They'll eventually sell in a few years and I assume to a Madrid or Barcelona.
Also. Why do Liverpool fans assume leaving spurs for us is a step up? Where have spurs finished the last few seasons?

Delli Alli must be worth £200 million if Sigurdson is worth £50 million, he's better than Coutinho too in my opinion.
{Ed025's Note - but alli plays a different position to gylfi and couts jord so its hard to compare them mate..

We had a similar sentiment said on a LFC WhatsApp group, and I was like are you guys for real?
He's been out since Feb and that was his 1st proper competitive game, give the lad a chance!
He's bound to be a little rusty.
fans are fickle, they forget last Nov when we were top, Hendo was probably the best DM in the league.
He will get back to it, just needs a few games to find his rhythm.
But your point about Leaders, yes we do seem to be short in that dept.
Lov could be it but I think he's more concerned with keeping his spot, what with all the VvD talk, and Matip doesn't come across as the shouty type, same goes for Milly.
If we could get the VvD deal done, he could be the guy
