Hi Eds, is it safe to assume that SFC won't deal with any other clubs (liverpool or chelsea or manu city etc. ) for VVD until they got an replacement in bag? And, do you know if they're really looking for a VVD replacment now?

If I were Southampton I'd put all that's gone to one side for now and screw us on the transfer price and also be trying to get Sakho off us for a cut price deal.

I've also heard this.
But I don't really understand how the issue of 3rd party ownership etc works and perhaps this is a confusion over them trying to sort out those issues before he moves to Liverpool?
In any event, i will wait to hear from the Eds instead of the tabloids.

Thanks Ed2, you're always kind. So normally the "transfer fee" announced publicly (e. g. 5M for Lucas to Lazio) is only (a) or (a) - (m)?
Btw, just to let you guys know I come from HK and can't wait to see Liverpool in the stadium tonite!
