I believe that when coutinho leaves we should look at bringing in a quality striker like aubameyang, With Salah and Mane either side and firmino just behind would be devestating. Could interest in him or another top class striker be an option eds?

OP, have you ever asked yourself why no one but a tin pot club from China came in for Aubameyang this summer? Could it be that he was a money grabber that could not be relied upon? Also, Klopp did not get on well with him at BVB as his attitude stinks which is why BVB wanted rid anyway.

So based on the answer do you believe we have the strikers to compete with the best in the league, I think Solanke has bags of potential but sturridge no doubt will miss plenty of games So are the others good enough for us to compete on all fronts?
{Ed002's Note - It would take a change of tactics by Klopp to start relying on an out and out striker rather than a bunch of guys who contribute. Going forward has not been a problem, nor has a lack of goals. Getting the defence sorted out has been more of an issue.}

I really do get your point ed02 and I completely agree defence is the priority 100% I would like to see some 1st team players come in for holding mid and cb also, just like some real quality added in 2/ 3 positions adding to what we have hopefully get rid of what we don't want/ need in the process. Living more in hope than anything else really.
