Hi Eds,

Is it true that reps from Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle and Brighton have spoken with the representatives of 15 year old Ecuadorian midfielder Kendry Paez? I'd of thought Independiente del Valle would want stupid money and a deal for such a youngster would be full of problems.

If Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle, Brighton or other clubs have made an illegal approach then hopefully FIFA will illuminate them as to the rules and expectations of the treatment of young players and their families. Chavski USA plc inc. . . vision of 2030 . huevos!

I guess it’s recruiting young players who are ready for the first team by 2030?
