Edd002 you mentioned that Liverpool have moved away from thuram? Why is that. I knew he wants the psg move but its not looking likely this summer and you'd said if the caicedo deal falls through Liverpool could look to him as an optio6as well as united. I'm just wondering why he's no longer looking a possible option? Thanks.

Some of these players that are deemed too expensive will go on to be world class, so how do you make that call?
Was Thuram was priced around 40m?

I presume the payment structure needs to be considered when some players are deemed too expensive.


2 players may be 50 or 60m each. But one club may want the bulk of the 50m upfront whilst the other is happy to have it over a couple of years. Any clubs budget will vary depending on the cash they have on the initial outlay and it will then impact other signings.

I’m sick and tired of all these clubs trying to over charge us for their players.

Hopefully we can sell Phillips for 170 mill we’re asking for and then use 3 mill of that to offer in instalment’s to the 18th choice Dm on our most wanted list.
