Any LFC fans wanting to know how Leighton Clark is doing at Aberdeen should check out his goal last night. Another screamer, great to see a lfc player week in week out at my home club. Remember seeing Ramsey for first time and wasn’t shocked lfc came in for him.

Jude, there's every chance Aberdeen will be playing in Europe next season (although, knowing Scottish teams in Europe, possibly not for very long) and they play in front of large crowds every home game, and play rangers and Celtic 4 times each. Scottish football in general might not be in a great state, but Aberdeen are a good club and would be great experience for an 18 year old, and as I've mentioned before, it would be a good club to get a working relationship with as they have an excellent youth system.

Too good though Rugby, kids easily good enough for the Championship where he'd be playing against teams as good Celtic and Rangers every 2nd week. wouldn't mind sending some of the other kids there but not Gordon, would have made a few appearances already this season but for his injury.

Admittedly 2 out of hundreds isn't a high success rate, but they're not all donkeys up there.

That’s nonsense not one person doubted Elliot in the championship. Gordon has hardly played in the last 2 years, now all of a sudden he’s too good for Aberdeen! You couldn’t make this crap up.
