Just going back to the ticket issue/ fiasco.

we have some here who think (rightly IMO) that the owners are taking a liberty with the high prices and there has to be a line drawn to stop it. We also seem to have the support of other fans who themselves feel the same way.

We then have the other side of argument who are not wrong in their opinion, who say we expect the best players, wages, ground etc but we are not prepared to put our hands in our pockets for the pleasure of it. They then back that up with how FSG have debts that are spiralling up, players wages going up, ground being expanded and all at cost which FSG pay and yet do not complain. No doubt the first group will force their hand and make them sell up and move away.

My opinion on you men/ women in the second group is you are wrong. Whilst i think our owners are doing a good job and yes the debt is increasing they are a multinational group with a clear plan in mind. Do you honestly think there is no exit plan, or that the value of the club does not increase? If we were talking about the likes of Jack Walker at Blackburn who dug in and used his own personal wealth for his local team and his love, you would be right. This is not FSG own money or own love. They are loaning us their moaning which will be paid back with interest once they have got the club to a certain value and the investment pays off. don't think for any minute they care about the club. They care about their investment. Stop thinking they have what's right for Liverpool. Short term they do but longterm.

Watch this space!

Correct tel, spot on! but the mills and boon brigade on here are going all doe eyed for billionaire business men who wouldn't give them the time of day on the street.

I purchased my Wembley ticket this morning £56, not bad for a final ticket some may say, yet I was charged a £6.45 CARRIGE PAYMENT, WTF is that about, no greed involved there of course, what happened to the days when you bought a ticket and that's all you paid for? And before you come screaming on here telling me everyone charges this type of payment I KNOW! Doesn't make it OK though does it! So and so is getting away with it so we'll do it too. ITS A JOKE AND NOT A VERY FUNNY ONE.

You should pay for a plane to fly over Wembley saying "NO MORE CARRIAGE PAYMENTS, FSG OUT! " before walking out after 6 minutes and 45 seconds.

Why is this in any way a relevant or valid point? "everyone does it, but now that FSG have done it, i'm up in arms" seems pretty petty.

With regards to the ticket pricing in general, you're entitled to your opinion as is everyone else, but you do your cause no favours by criticising everything the club does.

Why? because everyone does it makes it OK for the club to do it? Do you think it's OK to say " well that's what everybody else does, so why shouldn't we cash in"?

Your a sheep mate and that's your prerogative to live your life that way, me? Nah that's not how I roll lad, I'll meet anyone head on if there not playing it straight down the line, I took Aintree racecourse on at there ticket office and got these ridiculous charges taken off last October, I was there for well over an hour spoke to someone above the cashier at the course, then put the money that they were trying to get out of me for PRINTING THE TICKETS IN FRONT OF ME, and I put it in an injured jockey fund collection tin that was on the counter.

Now he probably knocked off the surcharge just to get rid of me because I was passing him off, but it shows it's just a con and I wasn't having it!

You like 90% on here are weak and just toe the line, good luck throughout your life with that baaaaaaa!

I am neither condoning or opposing the action taken as I am far too removed from the whole situation (Australia) to make a valid judgment.

The only thought I have is about everyone saying how the owners will sell up and they will be fine. Will actions taken recently by fans actually deter potential buyers? Maybe, maybe not. I think for sure that the type of buyer that won't be put off, are ruthless type owners that would never care what the fans think.

These type of owners will buy the club, hike the prices straight away with no care about the fans.

And do you think FSG will care too much about who they sell to if they have been subject to fan backlash over attempts to try to financially strengthen the club? I don't think they will, as they will need a buyer willing to pay a good price and that may only leave a certain type of buyer interested.

I'd suggest Waro takes a course in Zen Buddhism followed by a group hug.

Maybe other people don't spend their life fighting the petty charges that random companies enjoy adding on because they actually value their time more. Sure, I could spend an hour or two arguing with a box office over their booking fee. OR I could decide whether I want to pay the total amount or not, and use that remaining spare time to be with my friends, family and loved ones at large. Call me a sheep if you like fella, and stick to your guns that you're the one who the real leader and the only sane one left. I just pity that you have nothing better to do.

Perhaps it's you blindly following the shepherd.

But in all seriousness, who in their right mind would invest their own personal fortune into a club they have no personal connection with?! What is your obsession with the owners? Of course they will be loans, they aren't stupid. If I'm correct, don't Chelsea owe loans of nearly a billion? Unless you know a billionaire from Liverpool, who supports the Red half and is willing to invest his own personal wealth, I think you should be grateful the owners even took notice and agreed a price freeze.
