Sorry but an extra 9 games added to our season to win a farce of a cup. I'm so pleased we are out. We can really get stuck into the league now. I think we might struggle v city due to injuries and tiredness but I think this will be a blessing. 3rd or 4th and the fa cup will do very nicely.

Who says any of those things are going to happen? I can't believe you want to be our of European Competition. It may be inconvenient but we have no one to blame but ourselves to begin with. We should try and win every competition we're in, isn't that what football is about?

The same competition that we're trying to reach by getting 4th place? considering we're currently in 6th with Man city to play this weekend and two other form teams around us trying for the same spot i'm saying we'd have been better served trying to win the thing thus guaranteeing us a place in something we're currently NOT guaranteed to be getting anywhere near

On Saturday 9th of May we play Chelsea away. I've got a funny feeling we might be having a say in where the title goes, similar to the way they did to us last year. God that would be wonderful. they have utd and arenal away in the previous weeks and I think City will go on a roll now.
To see the look on the conceited one's face would be amazing.
I live about a mile away from Old Trafford and while it's a pain in the backside being a Liverpool fan around there it does have it's benefits.
When Utd are at home, the end of my road is gridlock with match day traffic, is it wrong that when they lose I take the dog out for a walk so I can look at the disappointed faces sat in their Cheshire tractors heading home out of Manchester. I'm poorly aren't I?

Such anger - I don't get that really something red. I think we might be on the same side. But I get the feeling you would rather us lose so you can pour your anger onto this forum. The trouble is I'm pretty certain that even if we do beat Chelsea then someone will moan. I honestly believe that people are not very nice here. I enjoy a good discussion, one that is constructive, but people have agendas here that are complete and formed. Last season we played our best football for twenty years, I was sold.
I cannot apologise for the loyalty towards Brendan that has arisen in me because of last season. Now we see glimpses of that team returning and it's exciting. It's a shame others are fickle. I wouldn't want to be in the trenches with half of you lot.
The last post I will ever post.
But I HATE peoe that are a menace to society, not footballers Seano. If Johnson could press a button that gave him 2 assists and a goal every week then I'm sure he would press it.
I've witnessed shocking vitriol against the lad on this site, from so-called Liverpool fans, against Johnson and the same against Rodgers for that matter.
If love to live in a world of the non fickle fan, where we can all have a banter - yes -but bitterness and spite didn't overshadow our every word. Alas, agenda's and ego's come to the fore.
Why does everyone hate Johmson so much? I mean - from what I've read, people actually hate him. Seems harsh to me.
