Jeez the endless repetitive questions about same players is just unbelievable.

Does it take much to read the post and responses?

Quite frankly it's no wonder ed02 gets and irritated.

I'd be swearing at the screen !

RTFP'S! Rant over.

Absolutely ridiculous to criticize the eds, its not like things don't constantly change.

2.) 15 Jun 2015 04:19:52
If you don't like what any of the Eds are telling because you can't handle the truth, then you can get......

3.) 15 Jun 2015 05:22:35
Well said. What people do not realize is that situations and decisions change. There is no done deal unless the the player has signed on the dotted line and unveiled at the club ground. So why are people assuming that Kovacic was a done deal? Verbally agreeing a fee is the easy part, not the conclusion of the deal. Just like all human beings, the people running a football club, the players and agents themselves change their minds so often not to mention so many other factors involved. So unless someone tells u that a deal is done 100%, do not accuse others of misleading u just because u get your hopes up. That is not on the Eds, its on the posters who start dreaming about a player banging in the goals for LFC before he has even signed for the club officially.

Don't you all realise by now most of the so called transfer targets are made up waffle from lazy journo's. Don't bet on so called stellar signings as it's just not going to happen.

Not a fan of Brendan at all ! Never have been. However I won't get personal about him as a person because in don't know him !! Judge him on his record and ability as a Manager -that done.-he is clueless !

also - he is not responsible for all the problems in the world not even to all Liverpool's problem. The fact that he is staying for example is not his fault but the owners and I am a bit sick of people blaming him for that as if he hypnothised him or something.

2.) 06 Jun 2015 11:19:40
Don't be silly, everyone knows Brendan Rodgers is responsible for Global Warming and that although the NASA took credit for the moon landings, it was all down to Suarez getting them there.

3.) 06 Jun 2015 11:24:54
It's time to stop the whinging and get behind the club and Rodgers now, hopefully he produce the football that nearly took us to the title.

4.) 06 Jun 2015 11:32:17
Personally, and I have said this all along, I don't believe Rodgers was mainly responsible for the transfers over the past couple of seasons, and to still have his job after the hundreds of millions spent suggests that the owners recognise this. I don't even blame him for the transfers of Allen and Borini who we know we're definitely his choice. A strong case can be made for signing those two players as players who had much potential at the time.

The thing with buying potential though, is not all of them will work out. It is very much a guessing game, and hopefully the transfer strategy will be different from now on. Like I have said, I'd like to see Rodgers given a transfer kitty to buy the players he wants with no specific criteria. Only then do I feel he can be judged fairly.

He's actually a very nice person in private. Will go the extra mile to help anyone.
I'm his biggest critic and have been calling for his head since near enough the start of October but yeah he's a lot different to what we see in the press.

6.) 06 Jun 2015 13:31:08
You don't blame him for the players he signed?! Sure - maybe someone made him do it!

7.) 06 Jun 2015 16:27:05
He has been in charge of transfers from the word go and no one forced anyone on him. He has the final say on signings as the Eds have said here repeatedly. His record is dreadful overall and the fact that he wanted Delph and wanted Lucas out shows he should be no where near a transfer kitty which is why the TC was setup last season because the owners don't trust him with money.

If you think FSG will stump up the cash for him you must be in dreamland.
We have to live within our means. It's not rocket science. Furthermore do we need another injury prone striker?
