If Johnson leaves in the summer as expected, and Steven Gerard has definitely gone. I wonder what this adds upto as a monthly figure in wages off the astronomical bill?

1.) It all goes to cover Sterling's new contract

2.) £240,000 a week i reckon, so glad we can look forward to a whole new start, most likely under a new manager at the end of the season with the last of the old guard gone who are holding us back.

How naive . So I will expect nothing less than a premier league title next year.

4.) Dont remember saying it would lead to a league title next season at all roy?

Just because there's a lot up in the air for debate at the moment doesn't mean you can twist peoples opinions and have a go. I think that was more childish and naive of you to pull that out of my post and take that from it, rather than myself for posting it in the first place.

5.) GJ, Skertel, and this season SG are holding us back and the more we shed the dead weight (GJ, for sure), the better we will be.

I think we are just two forwards away from last year. If we had two decent forwards, Gerrard could play anywhere, and he would get loads of assists.

Nobody knows exactly how the league will pan out, only it will probably be between city and Chelsea for the title then who knows, surely utd's luck will run out, maybe Southampton fall away, and the usual top 4 finish for arsenal?
