Understandable Burkeyboy, but Rashford wasn’t up for the main award. He did however win a separate award, and deservedly so. Well done Hendo on coming second in the vote. Footballers rarely win it due to the partisan voting unfortunately. Plus great to see both Klopp and the team win their respective awards.

My sisters, husband`s ex wife was coming through Newcastle International Airport. On her way out, inching slowly, on her Motorbility scooter, she witnessed this. The scooter is decked out in the red and white of L. F. C by the way, as it should be. Then she opened her handbag, and the Velcro strip attracted a Velcro player. Welcome home Jose. Nothing sticks like you!

You have to take the opposition into account but he has looked v composed in the two outings; he's also playing in an unfamiliar position - fair play to the lad he's done himself no harm - not too sure what the future holds with us though - and the other 5 or so Right backs we have!

A settled team that is used to playing together in the lower leagues is always better than a team if strangers - Nottingham forest stuffed west ham 6-1 last year in cup when allardyce fielded weak team - you can't win anything with kids haha.

We will need all the Klopp magic we can get with these starting 11. I am skeptical, I admit (a draw and a rematch will not be great either), but always happy to give Klopp and the youngsters a chance to surprise me. I just hope if we don't get a result people here will have other excuses than the constant its all Benteke's fault.

I think all these hamstring injures are connected with lack of pre season training. We need to forget about overseas trips and focus on getting players fit for the coming season. Goodluck to Ilori, been waiting to see what he can do.
