Deal for Tsimikas is at 11.75 million pounds plus add ons and a 20% resale clause. Reporters in Greece say that Olympiakos decided to do business with Liverpool, despite better offers from elsewhere, because if Tsimikas does well it will help future sales.

Looks like a carbon copy of Robertson; very fast, takes on and wins one-on-ones, can cross accurately, and also can't finish to save his life, LOL! I'm quite happy with the deal because the biggest hole in the squad has been filled. I just wish it had been Lewis though because of the home grown issue and the fact he is 2 years younger. If and when the home grown requirements increase from 8 players to 12, there will be a lot of teams scrambling. But good deal nevertheless.

Nice reinvestment if the lovren money. It is what it is and its not like anyone can really question klopp after how he helped robbos development. has me thinking, would robbo be the player he is without klopps input? Who is a better manager at developing talent? . I'll wait.

because he is drunk? LoL, robertson signed a new deal and 50 million won't get you his right foot. considering i can't think of a better LB in world football atm. When Cancelo cost 55 million £, 50 million for Robertson would be quite the joke!

Can Tsimikas play any other positions? It seems such a waste of talent to have to only play when Robbo needs a rest of can't play. Still, it's a very nice problem to have.

When he was at Loan in Holland he played LM quite a lot and got 6 goals that season, i can see him used a lot to close out the left side in tight games f. eks. He will get plenty of game time.
