I think we will continue to get indifferent results till the summer

Liverpool look unfinished - like the early stages of klopp appointment maybe year 2 something like that
Where we can smash a team but still look vulnerable any time the opposition attacks etc

Klopp will fix it with some new buys and I am sure we will end up being very difficult to play against once again

He's here till 2026 there's no way he will be happy with how easy we are to play against for 3 years so just relax people.

At least the early stages of Klopp were brilliant to watch. Night and day as far as I am concerned. This looks more like a group of players that have been asked to do something they cannot do (or don't want to do), that have lost confidence in themselves and in each other.

We fans will always get behind them when they step out on the pitch, but the players and staff can help themselves too by showing a bit of fight and pride in their work.

Just rewatched Brentford game. I’m very worried about what this season will look like if something doesn’t change (not in a million years suggesting klopp- but something)

Seriously though, I am by no means joining a Klopp out bandwagon. But he needs to fix up to arrest this alarming decline in performance levels. He is capable but might need to put the specs back on.

Unfinished is the exact opposite of what we are. We had a young team missing a few pieces that was unfinished we’re now finished. Someone like Henderson has 2 years left on his contract and Klopp doenst have the courage to sell him imagine what he’s going to be like for us the next two seasons Fabinho has 3 years left. I seen someone use the phrase Sentimentality monsters.

Overall we are still excellent on the ball. Without it, quite frankly we are a mess. There never seems to be players covering the counter attack or they are too slow to get in position to do so. Defence is totally exposed.

I think legs in midfield will go someway to solving the problem but like Ed001 suggested, tactical changes also needed. There are occasions when I see the whole midfield, fullbacks go at once. I thought the idea was someone else to fill in to let the other one go. I'm not seeing that filling in enough snymore. It's kamikaze stuff at the moment particularly with our midfield personal who are too slow to get to positions to slow counter attacks. Other team gets the ball, can pick someone in midfield, they have time to turn and look because none of our midfield can get to him and all he needs is willing runners in the front because there is acres of space to hit upfront. There is a very clear blueprint to play against us and it's hard to see us not dropping many more points before the end of the season unless something changes. Our current system needs utter athletes in midfield and we don't have them anymore.

Once you see a post claiming "Klopp doesn't have the courage" you can disregard the rest.
Turning constant underachievers to Premier, European and World Club champions on a shoestring budget takes some big cojones.
It's amazing the crap that some of the "fanbase" will come out with because we're not smashing the opposition any more.

The team is clearly in transition and for whatever reason, tactics have clearly changed. I don’t think this is by chance and is a conscious decision e. g. less distance covered, fewer presses etc. The issue is that maybe the club at present havnt got the right personnel to execute the new tactics effectively, hence the inconsistent results. I’d like to think that some of these results are part of the process and IF we can get the players in in the middle of the park that he wants then we could see the start of another period of dominance.
