I see why have lost yet another member of the staff team at the club, players analysis or some type of role, gone to Newcastle.
So many changes in staff at the club in the last couple of years.

But the owners are defended at all cost by some folk.

The Ed makes the perfect point, like you I think about Salah’s age and value, only because our current transfer strategy seems to exclude spending 100 million on world class players. I’m fine with that if we can’t afford it, but it makes me worried about the inevitable moment when we do have to replace Salah and our ability to finance it appropriately. However that said were we to do it now I think these are the only options in terms of immediate impact who could replace him, Martinelli, Berradi, Gnabry, Saka, fati, rodrygo and maybe sane, that’s pretty much it in my option for players who could have anywhere near Salah’s impact from the outset. Other than Rodrygo and fati whose value you can’t even comprehend in this market who would you have instead of Mo…. he’s a generational talent and I think we should enjoy him for as long as we can, because it’ll be long time till we see his like again in our shirt.

And you know for sure that the individual in question is leaving cos of the owners?

Clown.

It would be a very strange organisation that didn't have any staff turnover.

I think the award for current most negative poster goes to Frode Kippers. Is he Negative Red Walter in disguise?

Jonathan Kane was nothing to do with the players - he was VP of partnership sales and international business development. You're thinking of Mark Leyland ( who was a performance analyst) but he left us in 2021 for Newcastle.

Lazy posting, can’t even get the basic facts right.

Hoody, you do know we didn’t pay £100m for Salah don't you?
Scouting players is a wonderful thing, if you listen to the scouts that is.

Thunderbird, so what else is new? It's rampant on here. Always.

Imagine being kippers and thinking fsg had anything to do with backroom staff. Our fan base is seriously deteriorating mentally.

The Athletic/ Neil Atkinson type pseudo intelligent journalism has got us all thinking like this, it’s come full circle now.

A couple of years ago you had everyone thinking FSG were the most forward thinking and genius owners of all time because we had constant updates whenever someone went to Argos to get a couple of laptops for the office

Nowadays people are crying because some of the 9-5 staff have handed their notice in and got a new job, just like every other normal person does every now and again

Bottom line. This obsessive writing about the inner workings of the club is tedious and people think they’re intelligent when they lap it all up.

I watch footy to escape my 9-5, I don’t want TIFO football telling me all about someone else’s. I couldn’t care less.

It's that bad that we don't even know their name or their role.

Mo Salah is surely the living embodiment that flies in the face of FSG ONLY signing young and cheap to sell them for profit. Any other examples of players that we buy cheap to sell for a profit?

SR, haven’t you heard? We not only have body language “experts” on this forum who feel they can assassinate a player’s character based on what they “see”, we now have “experts” who can tell us the reason why people at the club leave and it strangely always seems to lead to the same culprits.

As for the whole schtick about LFC buying cheap and selling for a profit, that is the absolute laziest assessment of our transfer strategy you’ll ever find, imo.

{Ed025's Note - we are all so blessed to have an expert like you on this forum oli, all those people with opinions get on my nerves thinking that their views matter, i will be putting forward that you should have your own page on here where people can appreciate your wisdom and foresight mate, who needs ED002 or Macca when your pearls of knowledge are shared on here?, but if i may suggest a good book for you to read, its called..."get over yourself you friggin big Mars bar", it may help..

Ed25, I’m no expert nor is this site blessed to have me on it. I am grateful to you Ed’s for having me on and have said that on numerous occasions, man. All I do is offer my opinion or offer a critique on other people’s opinions on matters. If I offend anyone, I will apologise for it, as has been the case before.

Also, the OP jumped to conclusions and accused FSG for things they didn’t do and got called out for it, the same thing I did so again, how do I need to get over myself when I’m doing what others did? Wisdom? We all share wisdom on here and I seek it everyday and learn a lot from posters and all the Ed’s (yourself included) . That won’t stop for me.

As for the “mars bar” comment, I do love me some dark chocolate indeed (Cote D’Or, is my brand, not Mars) and that’s a funny quip BUT badly applied. You prolly want to apply that to Brendon Rodgers you know, the guy who literally would like be a Mars bar so he could “eat himself”? As always, Peace and Love.

{Ed025's Note - i do like you as a poster oli but you can be dismissive of other people on here at times mate, if you just reigned it in a bit especially towards guys who may not be as eloquent as you im sure you would be respected more my friend..
