Well, it looks like Mike Dean just snitched on the whole PGMOL cabal. Couldn't have happened to a nicer "organisation".

Just shows Oli that they protect their own mate even if its wrong. I know the Eds have said refereeing is a terrible standard at the minute, and Anthony Taylor is the worst example of them.

Yet these people have the power to relegate teams, and make teams champions with there decision making.

That truly is frightening and shows why the standard is at its lowest.

bit stunned by his frankness to be honest.
Perhaps another error in judgement from 'ol Mike.

Lads seriously, are we really surprised? Many of us on here have all known how these things work. All Dean did was come out and say the quiet part out loud. The question now is what is Howard Webb going to do about it. What is the PL and FA going to do about this? Now, we wait.

What was said? Haven't saw that yet.

{Ed002's Note - Nothing to do with Liverpool.}

Disagree with that assessment ed002.

Yes the incident in question had nothing to do with Liverpool but the fact a ref has openly admitted not doing something to save his mate from more agro, is something that effects all fans as that decision could have been made against your team.

So I think the wider issue is still an important point to debates.

{Ed002's Note - It impacts the two clubs involved. Not Liverpool. And it is not the first time an official has admitted influencing a game.}

Indeed, Ed02. Clattenberg said the same thing but on a more personal.

Surely it impacts every club if a ref admits cheating? Which it ultimately is.
