Guys wasn't there an ex Liverpool player called conte? From back in the 90s? Not sure of his full name, have been given a signed shirt of his and am wondering if it has much value?

{Ed025's Note - i cant remember one Snoots, the only Conte i can remember was Antonio who was a manager and not with Liverpool, i think the boxer John Conteh was a red but it seems a bit late for him, maybe one of the guys can help mate..

No such player at Liverpool at least since we had permanent squad numbers, and almost certainly ever.

Either it's a fan's shirt or some madlad was so certain Antonio Conte was going to sign for us that they got the shirt done.

What number is the shirt and do you know what season (approx) it's from?

I've met John conteh, great boxer and a super nice guy. We didn't have a player called Conte in the 90s or ever that I can think of.

I remember him, what it was… we were so bad in the 90’s everyone just used the collective name “persone” and put it on the back of all their shirts ?.
