It's imperative that we keep Roma scoreless tonight, we need to settle fast with the same high tempo as against citee but we will find Roma a lot harder to break down typical Italians, if we can win by a couple of goals preferably 2 or 3 nil in an ideal world then the tie should be as good as over but underestimate Roma at your peril don't forget 2 of Barcas 4 goals at home were OG's and they hardly registered a shot on target in Rome. Roma are not here to make up the numbers their team might have a lot of aging players but they are all top quality and no mugs so let's hope the lads can get it right again tonight and move us one step closer to destiny in Kiev next month . Midfield for me is the winning and loosing of the tie we know the 3 boys will score but only if they get the service and back up from midfield expect Hendo, Milly and Ox to start tonight. Come on the super reds ☆☆☆☆☆ YNWA.

I don’t know, I’d feel confident with a 5-1 win 😎.

Hope your right Ron but I think it's going to be very tight hope I'm wrong and we blast them out of site we'll know in just over 11hrs mate so fingers crossed hope Salah scores a couple 😉.

The "Italian" defending is gone if you put them under pressure. Harry Kane ran the juventus back line ragged almost single handedly and juves defence has been lauded as one of the best around at the moment.

I think if we can keep them under pressure first 15 minutes with a hot start I don't think they'll be out of their half too much honestly. If we get a goal in that 15 I'm with Ron I could see us getting 4/ 5 possibly conceding 1.

If we don't score I think obviously it will become more difficult but I would still say we will break them down for a 2-0. Wouldn't be tie over but solid result.

I do think we'll score early though and f it we ain't going to concede so I'll go 5-0 with Bobby getting 2.

We need to blow them away, they're very strong at home.
Stop the cross, Stop the corners.

Jayus I admire all your confidence lads and I hope to God yas are all spot on with the 5:1 / 5:0 score line, if VVD and Lovern can keep Dekco (excuse the spelling) quiet then maybe you all will be justified with your predictions. I for one (not trying to be negative at all) just don't see this Roma side conceding that many I will be only too delighted to be proved wrong so let's bring them on and give them hell the earlier we score the more likely your predictions will prove right. In fairness Zippy, Barcelona got 4 past them and our front line is at least as good (Messi better than Firmino, Salah roughly equal to Suarez and Mane much better than Dembele)

2 of the 4 Barcelona goals were OG's hjikle and I think Barcelona had 1 shot on target in Rome so as good as our front 3 are Roma will nevertheless be extremely hard to break down.

I am going with a 3-1 win today.
But if things go south and Roma miraculously end up with a draw or win, I hope the players and fans don't throw in the towel. Roma may not have been beaten by some very good teams at home, but a lot of people said the same things before we faced Porto and City in their own backyard and look what happened there.
The club and fans need to stick together not just tonight but also for the second leg without losing hope or confidence.

You don't conceed two own goals when you are calmly and comfortably dealing with the attacks coming your way.

Never the less hjikle they stopped one of the best teams in Europe from having a shot on target when playing them at home so I think it's imperative that we keep them scoreless at Anfield tonight.
