Does anyone else find it amusing how we sign 4 Southampton players yet none were in the position we need DEFENSIVE MID and they have/ had Schneiderlin and wanyama

Not amusing at all - although I do think Clyne was required at RB and Llalana will hopefully be a cracking player for us over time (even if not in a position we desperately needed)

The only player I wanted from Southampton was Schniederline. And I expect them to struggle this season.
None of our players in that position is on par with Schnieder.

I am certainly not biased. Schnieder ll walk into our midfield and will bench a lot of fab players. Play him alongside Lucas and we have the best midfield in the league.

I agree that criticism of Sinclair is un warranted and harsh however I think it is equally as harsh calling ings a bottler because he didn't want a low number especially when the only low number available was 8 which I wouldn't want to have following gerrard and besides is there really any need to put any additional pressure on yourself for the sake of a number?

Milner had a very good season playing in central midfield in his last season for villa which is presumably why city paid 20million plus for him
