If he ends up at City its a joke. 100 million a year he was on at Barcelona and as he couldn't get that again they couldn't offer his contract. You can't tell me City can buy Grealish for 100 million and all that goes with it, still hold hopes of Harry Kane for 120 million and pay Messi 100 million a year and not be in breach of FFP. They will need to sell Silva, Sterling and Mahrez to get close to not breaching rules surley.

Genuinely think Messi will still sign at Barca. Wasn't the statement about both wanted to sign but league enforcement prevented it. They've got the wage cap haven't they. La Liga will give a dispensation for Messi I think. Could be miles wrong like but that's what it feels like.
