Klopp came out yesterday and said there is nothing wrong with his midfield and if we don't defend as a unit from the front then we are at nothing and this puts pressure on midfield and the defence, well I agree with him in some part we haven't being playing as a unit for some time now but to be in denial that there is nothing wrong with a midfield that you have personally failed to improve in the last 4 yrs is getting beyond a joke.

Ok a brain fart from Alisson has cost us a goal but our 1st choice midfield is absolutely brutal being pulled all over the place yet again tonight, our season will be over come mid February if we don't sort out this mess whether its a tactical issue or a personnel issue only klopp and his backroom staff really know but something has to give lads these mediocre performances have to change.

Just as I write this Nunez scores with a great finish and a great ball from trent but still it doesn't address the frailties that we have in the centre of the park. Hopefully we can get through this tie tonight but it's still only papering over the cracks.

For me mate it's in the head. Confidence is a powerful thing especially when u lose it.

Tbh I'm sick of hearing we need to buy this or that. What about playing better, Running more, putting a challenge in.

Im not even worries about us, heard all this talk in the lockdown year and next year we near win the lot.

Agree. tactically look very poor lately. Regardless who plays in midfield or who we do or do not sign I think it will be the same. Tactics need looking at.

I agree Bradley Bear! It doesn’t matter who we play we just don’t dominate the oppo anymore and I may be wrong but I just don’t see any real tactical changes.
Another thing can someone please tell Thiago to ping the ball forwards am getting fed up of the constant back passes into danger.

Same team near won the quad 8 months ago. Yes we need recruitment's but atm u can replace the whole squad and it won't make a difference. Need to get out head right. Remember who we are. YNWA.

Well lads whatever we do whether we buy someone or not, this system has to change who is deciding on tactics Klopp or Linders well whoever it is wants to wake the f##k up. Wolves playing their 2nd string were fierce unlucky not to win tonight, personally i think they were robbed. We are an utter shambles lads I just don't know what has happened to this squad of players but confidence is obviously at an all time low and as a result performances are suffering I just don't see how this is going to change lads its going to be a season that we will just have to write off by the looks of things.

Tactically, the club seems lost. It looks like no one has confidence in what they are doing and they aren't on the same page. Get back to what Klopp does best and stop with the possession crap that Brendan preached and tried to push onto the club. Possession means nothing if you don't score. Constant pressure from the front line back is what we need. Get back to heavy f'ing metal football.

The people that thought he was one of the best were completely wrong. He was much better than he is now but he’s just not fit enough like many in the squad. Madrid’s midfield was older but better. Watch the game today and see him Jogging about and he can’t even raise a sprint anymore. Just about the first to be replaced in my opinion. Wouldn’t get in Man City reserves.

Firstly yes Wolves goal was unlucky not to stand but we had it against Arsenal when saka scored so swings and roundabouts.
Jurgen Klopp has been outstanding since he arrived
but I think something big has happened behind the scene at LFC because Jurgens body language over the last three months has change he has lost that happy go lucky demina has gone he looks so out of it when on touch line or on tv .

If it is not something behind the scenes at LFC is it that he believes that he should not have signed a new contract that he thinks his time with LFC is up . ( i hope not) and I think it may have spread through the club .

I ask myself why have Edwards and Ward left or are leaving also Doctors, Fitness guru, youth coaches all within a several month period . Why would you leave a club that very nearly made history by winning the quadruple with an elite manager and world class players unless something is not right . It took five seasons for man united to drop to the level they did it has taken us one season to fall several levels from where we were 8 months ago.

I know I sound doom and gloom but you all must have seen with your own eyes my worries about our manager and team now FSG want to sell up why now LFC has been a cash cow to them and their shareholders. they have rebuilt the ground and won every trophy available to them so why throw their hand in now?

I hope and pray it is a blimp but having seen the club drop levels in the 90s until Jurgen came I don't want to see it happen again.

I understand that some reds won't agree or have other opinions on this subject and I hope they are right and I am 100% wrong time will tell.
