With Man Utd and Chelsea no longer being competitive clubs and Man City not having too long left before they are charged, can we dominate the next ten years? I would suggest we can with the youth talent we have at the club very exciting times. Really cool that we have a ready made replacement for VVD in Quansah.

I know Konate got MOTM other night but Jarrel was class. I just love how the most beloved club in the country just will never seem to go away no matter what is thrown at them. Do you think they should change the name of football to Liverpool instead?

I'm happy that you're not driving now, given whatever influence you're under while you wrote that post. ?.

It would be nice to win our 2nd league title in 30
Odd years and get back into the CL and compete for that before we start changing the name of football and make any claim of us dominating for 10 years.

Lot of big ifs there.
I’d add another big if into it, if Klopp stays another 10 years.

It won’t be long before Utd and Chelsea stumble upon a formula.

What about the way the Fulham player pereira went down and then rolled about it was his chin that got it yet you would have thought he had been shot by a sniper embarrassing is the word.

The sniper must have been Nunez as he clearly missed ?.

It’s a joke before anyone gets their knickers in a twist.

Rabh I jumped up and rang triple 0 when Pereira went down as I thought he was shot too mate, actually my Golden Retrievers performance after a bath was similar to Pereira today
After it was clear to me he was not dying I worked out Pereira loves Anfield so much he wanted to leave his scent behind.

Pereira deserves an oscar for that performance.

Ironic that the guy who loves how the club comes back from all that's thrown at it is usually slagging the players or the club off.

Football is a contact sport and needs to be played that way could you Imagine pereira playing like that as an ice hockey player? he seems the type of player that if he torn his socks he would roll about injured on a side note a felt sorry for the ref last nite as he was aware the minute he blew his whistle he should have played the advantage as Mr klopp let him know fair play as he put his hand up to apologise.

Salah, you know what made it worse with Perreira? It was the fact that Coote (the most incompetent ref in the PL which takes some doing) booked VVD for a challenge where he did not even see Perreira cos he is 2 feet shorter than him. As for Perreira, great Oscar flop and dive, btw. Back in my day when we had a player do that, would would decide to really give him something to roll around on the floor about. That's for sure.

I’ve not seen anyone on here criticise Darwin for those chances last night.

Personally I thought Nunez after a tricky start was excellent last night and I’ve not seen in an while our forwards run at defenders and look so threatening as Nunez, Jota and Diaz did last night.

In fairness it was an exciting game to with Fulham playing their part.

@JK23, a slightly different way of looking at it is that it would be our 2nd in 5.
