Barcola isn’t close at all, the only thing that’s good about the deal is we want to buy and PSG will sell. But we won’t bid high and pay won’t sell low.

There's no chance we can be in daily talks for over a month now and not have made serious headway. I believe the deal is just short of being done, but PSG would rather play it off like it isn't to try and squeeze more out of the upfront payment.
