So it looks like according to the papers that Liverpool want Klopp in place by Friday and I for one would be Extremely Happy if this is the case as I believe 100% that Klopp can take our Beloved Club forward and competing for silverware in the near future and give us the fans for what we have been waiting for and that's True Hope and get the best out of our squad instead of the opposite which I'm afraid to say has happened by previous coaches and turned decent players Into nervous wrecks. With the appointment of a new manager I expect he will want to bring in his own staff and with that what happens to Gary McAllister I just hope he's kept on as I really feel he has a lot to offer to our club and hopefully Klopp if the case he's becomes manager feels that he still needs a coach or two left in place for a smooth takeover and sees something in McAllister that he wants to keep him in place.

So by the sounds of things it's quite possible that B.R is gone next week which makes sense allowing for the 2 weeks International Slot But only if FSG has a Manager ready to step in as I for 1 really don't want a caretaker manager in.
So do we agree it's most likely down to 3 Managers !! ANCELOTTI,
KLOPP and lastly DeBoer and if so what would your order Be ?
Personally I like all 3 and each has their own advantages and disadvantages but for me my section would have to be the manager who can get the best out of our current team as the squad we have in my eyes should be able to compete for a top 3 position atleast.
DeBoer is young and played at the highest level and has plenty of repect and could certainly sort our my main area of concern and that's our awful Defending but what about attracting future players to our club ? ANCELOTTI the oldest and the most experienced of the managers and been around teams that have had plenty of talent and would he still be capable of sorting out this type of mess and work most likely on a lot less of a transfer budget then he's used to ?
Klopp again young and done very well in Germany but how would he cope with the Premiership way of playing but can and would certainly be able to work on the amount of money that would be available for future transfers and I expect could attract many top players who play in the German league and is very cool headed and again feel could sort out our defence.
So everyone who's your choice and why select him over the others .
So my top 3 are KLOPP, ANCELOTTI, DEBOER. But any of these 3 would be vastly better then BR who I now feel has lost the Changing Room and theirs no coming back from that !!

I think that the priority for the club is to stabilise things and in this regard, I believe that Ancelotti is the least risky option. He knows the Premier League, has worked with some of the world's best players, has been successful everywhere that he has been and perhaps, most importantly, has the proved that he has the flexibility to adapt, both in terms of tactics but also when working with different styles of club ownership.

Klopp would be my second choice, primarily because he will likely need time to bed in, whereas I believe that Ancelotti would hit the ground running, due to his past experience of the Premier League, as well as his better overall experience. Liverpool cannot really afford to fall any further and on an occasion such as this, an old, proven head is likely to be the most intelligent choice, imho.

If Ancelotti is genuinely interested in the job, then we should feel genuinely honoured and be biting his hand off.

Before I start no Disrespect to Our current Manager but why oh why is FSG remaining quiet on this topic as Surely They must be just as Dissapointed as we are and even though early in season Champions League football looks out of reach which we all know means both a massive loss in ££££ and more concerning to me is less attractive to Top Players coming into our club. I'M Not one of those who shouts for the managers head as soon as things go wrong but really even with Money and buying in talent during the transfer period we are still having same old problems and why is it we keep buying decent players with decent form but once with us that form dissappears and it's happened too often to blame the player How about
The manager !! Two main areas of concern for some time 1) GK and what do we do go and bring in a Freebe as a No2 keeper why haven't we bought in at worse a GK to compete for No1 or at Best a top No1 GK who the defence have confidence in !!
2) Another CD but with pace as we have lacked that for Years but will Admit both Gomez and Clyne at Full back look great buys and could be with us for years to come.
Can anyone tell me or explain why if you know your Defence is a weakness why on earth you wouldn't bring in a top Defensive Coach or like I was calling for when Jamie C
Retired why you don't bring him into the Coaching mix up to help with the defence even on a P/T basis until we can bring in a top Defensive coach and finally that leads me onto Mr Gerrard Mr LIVERPOOL why Rogers didn't offer Stevie G a coaching position with the club and that would have allowed him to play when required as we all knew Age was catching up but he could still at a top level but not week in week out but then I came up with my reasons why Not !!!
Rogers was threatened by both Jamie C but more important Stevie G and that's why we need A new Manager ASAP and personally I would love to hear your thoughts on a new manager and why that pick as for me Sure many won't like my pick but I'm in the Klopp Camp for a few reasons
1) He's been wanting this position for some Time and so you know he's done his homework on our great club and knows what's needed to get us on the right path again and that's the reason its come out that he would take over if he gets full control of transfers in and out which I totally agree on.
2) He has Both loyalty and Respect from many in football and who could attract not only Decent Players but Top Players and especially from those playing their trade in Germany and would play for him where ever or who ever he manages.
3) Lastly it's been said that if he's offered the Position that he believes that Each area on the pitch should have a specialised Coach coaching it ie A Defensive Coach a GK coach Attacking coach etc which I again totally believe in as why wouldn't you give those players in the different areas specialised help, Makes Total sense to me. Sorry to be so long but I'm both a very Passionate Liverpool Fan/Supporter but also a very Frustrated Fan/Supporter as I'm sure many of you are.

nicely put my friend. I also don't like to moan too often but lately finding myself becoming so frustrated and I am at a loss to see why Rodgers remains in charge

He lost 6-1 against Stoke. What makes you think the owners will sack him after a 1-1 with Sion?
It will take a monumental 13-0 loss against Everton to even catch the owners eye that 'maybe' he's out of his depth

It would be really nice for once that we buy a top established player instead of keep buying talented youngsters as yes its great that we might get them early and cheaper than a established player but it can be 2 to 3 years before they get their chance to shine in the first team or more often then not released or sent on loan. We haven't been in this position for some time that we are right in the mix for a champions league place in the final third of season so Please B.R let's buy an top established player who can be a starter or at least be fighting for that starting position and who can help and improve us right away. So Mr Henry why not take just a tiny amount of money away from what you invest in the Boston Red Sox every year and give it to BR for transfers for the final push and gain that Champions League place where the money is and every chance of keeping Suarez while starting to attract top players who also want to play Champions League football, to me it go's hand in hand but you need to be in the Champions League so FSG let's do it .
