Hi eds. A bit off topic, but is it just my phone playing up or us there something wrong with the website. The post and back to the top tabs are following my navigation around the page, right in my eye line. Quite annoying.

{Ed033's Note - The POST and Back to the Top tabs stick on screen with your scrolling to stay in view for the site visitors benefit, not annoyance. I can make them static and see what people's reactions are.
1.) I think they are better moving as we scroll so in my opinion leave well enough alone
2.) I don't see why the post should be static? its perfect the way it is.

Hey ed001 looking at your recent posts it looks like you really want this deal to go through. Is it because he's the real deal or because we all want a lift or just to keep the moaners off your back.
Personally I think we've missed the boat with Salah and we are going for second best, but if this transfer goes through and it's not detrimental to are future transfer dealings, then bring it on.
{Ed001's Note - because I think it would give the club a huge lift. The way the transfer has been built up, it could give us the buzz similar to the one Arsenal got from signing Ozil.}

Yes yes, a win is a win. But when is BR going yo address the defending situation. Week after week any ball into the box is hacked and slashed at. No one in the defensive unit walked into the dressing room and shook hands and said well done.
the team can score but sure can't defend. For me this is the most urgent part of the team that needs addressing. Sort this out and who knows.
Also on another note, sad to say it but the legend as lost his leg's and should not be picked for every game.

It really was a cavalier performance last night. And it did show what a world class player Suarez is, but to temper the high spirits a little, I was concerned about how little threat comes from other players, and the ease in which Norwich went from defence to being on the edge of our box.
They did have some good chances, and the one goal came yet again from a ball into the box.
All in all a good result. Would like to see a more solid midfield, more players contributing to the scoresheet and please, please keeping clean sheets.

I have to agree that the signs were there after the athletic game. The way the team concedes goals is becoming worrying. And just as worrying is the lack of activity in the transfer market. When you stand still the following season gets even harder.
