Someone supposed to of bid 19m for tielemans. surely its worth a punt at that price. youd easy get 40 to 50mil for him. . Even just to sell him on next season for double the price if he doesn't work out.

To improve your team you only need a new player to be better than 1 regular starter. Tielemens although not elite is better than Henderson Keita Milner Jones and ox. Therefore he has to be good value at 20 million. That’s the way I look at it.
