Am i right in saying that's a 3 game ban for VVD?

No it’s a red because it’s denial of a goal scoring opportunity. He’d have got a red card for a shirt pull in that position.

It was a red for me. Sky already said VVD would get one game cos it was not violent conduct, which triggers a 3 game ban, not the red card itself.

I’m not sure you’ve seen the tackle, Ed002. Van Dijk was sent off because it was a goalscoring opportunity, not because it was dangerous. As far as danger goes, the tackle was comparatively innocuous.
