Excellent. 8 games in and we are only 1 point behind the pacesetters, ManCity. 3 other teams are ahead but at the end of the season, it will be ManCity that everyone will be judged against. Two losses in a row; is that a chink in the armor that I see?

Well we were robbed in the first game. The result today we only had ourselves to blame. One thing is for sure, and i echo many a poster on here, is that Mack needs to play in his strongest position. We have both Endo and Gravenberch who can supposedly play there but for some reason Klopp persists.

I'm really pleased with our start, ArAy. If it weren't for the wild game against Tottenham, we could be leading the league. However, I have no complaints about what we've accomplished so far. Hopefully, some players will get more time to settle in over the coming weeks. Overall, things are not looking too bad at all.

Agree Mac looks like a race horse in wellies as the holding midfielder. ALSO, I hope someone tells Salah to face the ball at freekicks, he should have prevented the second BHA goal. The ball passed literally 30cm from his bonce.

We were poor today but it was bound to be the case after the blatant robbery last week

Start of the season top 4 was the aim and After 8 games were looking strong. The difference is our midfield is miles better than last season.

I still see it as Undefeated upto now so we go again after the break with a couple Home games!

Someone should tell Robbo to stop turning his back and spinning around whenever a cross comes near him. He has to clear that or kick it behind for a corner.

Did Robbo turn his back? I thought he just failed to cut out the ball. No idea why, I didn’t look like a difficult block. Maybe he got a shout to leave it? Maybe he just lost concentration?

Fully agree with you there, OP. We are one point behind the favorites. The others don't matter cos you can finish ahead of Arsenal and Spurs and NOT win the title as we know all too well. If you finish ahed of City someway somehow, you WILL win the title, for sure. We have done well so far even tho we can all agree, we have a lot of things to improve on.
