Just watching the Sunderland vs Forest... what’s people’s view on Ballard? He looks a decent young defender.

Yep, I think so too, any time I have seen him he was impressive imo.

Looks very good when sitting back defending crosses. Foreheads like a magnet to the ball. Does he have the pace for a team that would want to play a high line? Haven't watched loads of the Mackems.

Ballard is an Ex Arsenal player, so should be good at corners and dead ball kicks, that's all they practise all day and every day.
