This club won't go for Dumfries imo. He's 30, we have 2 injury prone players already in this area, weak defensively (but better than the 2 we have).
We are better getting a defensively astute rb who's about to hit their peak years. 24/25.

Too old and he doesn't have a great injury record, he's been out most of the season and had to have surgery. There's no way the club's bringing him in.

@Chewy, as I said on another thread, if Dumphries is what we have come to now, in terms of potential signings, it just tells you how the team's season has made us expect so little from the club moving forward. I don't rate him at all.

Not advocating for his signing, but I don't think Dumfries qualifies as injury prone. He has just recently had ankle surgery, but there isn't much at all in his history.
